Building a community at CARES is one of the founders key objectives. Therefore as an extension of this being involved in the greater community is imperative. This has significant benefits to our clients, their loved ones, the company and the greater community. A sense of belonging is important to all of us.

Feeling part of something is important to most people. Our approach is one of inclusion, consultation and partnership with the community where our centres are based, collaboratively working with our clients, their families, and the team to ensure we are working toward common goals.
Our Objective
At CARES, our overarching ambition is to create harmony with the family we have at the centre and greater community. We do this through working together to involve our clients and team in community projects. By doing this we hope to provide an individual level of satisfaction and belonging together with desired value based outcomes for the community.
